I have no air comming out of my top vents in my 1995 Suburban. Also my air condition light is not comming on. I was told its some kind of switch. If so, whats it called and location.

The main control switch that you turn for a/c, vent and heater is probably bad---it is an electro-vacuum type of switch and also controls the vacuum to the various blend doors to switch between top vents, dash vents and bottom vents. Unless there's a vacuum leak in one of the hoses or a bad blend door diaphram, my guess would be the switch. See if the air comes out the dash and bottom vents when you turn the switch to bi-level and heater---if it does change modes, then you probably don't have a vacuum leak coming to the switch but still could have a leak going to the blend door diaphram or bad diaphram. See it you can hear a constant hissing sound from under the dash and track it down.
