an old flame of Sunshine MacGillicutty, had come to Dodge. Recently widowed, he wanted to reclaim her heart. Sunshine's boyfriend, U.S.Marshal Matt Dillon, has left her farm and moved back to his old living quarters, his office. He thinks that Sunshine is still attracted to Kevin.

Miss Kitty is trying her best to capitalize on this situation.....She wants Matt back in her life. She has taken a note of Matt's, meant for Sunshine, and told Sunshine that Matt had given it to her.

Kevin:"Morning , Sunshine." He then looked at Kitty.........."Maam." He turned his attention back to Sunshine,"(4.) I Can't Stop Loving You and I'm not going to try!!"
Kitty:"Ahhhhh.....The OTHER man in your life.....My,my Sunshine....You are ONE busy woman! One needs a scorecard to keep up with you!!"

to steal him away from me TWICE, sister!!" She laughed fiendishly as she sashayed down the street.
Sunshine ignored her: "Kevin, have you seen Matt?"
Kevin:"Nope. Nary a sight. Listen...We need to talk." Sunshine ,thinking Kitty had told her the truth, thought Matt had left town.
Sunshine:""About what?"
Kevin:"Well, for starters.....Do you like the ring? I see you're not wearing it." He took her hand."Tell me you love me, Sunshine and (6.) Take These Chains From My Heart. Please."
As they stood there talking, Matt happened to look out the window of his office. Once again, the sight of the two of them talking unnerved him. All reasonable thinking went out the
window. Again he assumed the worse. "Evert time I start (1.) Untanglin My Mind, that bastard shows up!"

Matt walked out of his office and over to the two of them.
Sunshine:" MATT!!! Kitty told me you had left town."
Matt:"Well, for once she may have spoken sense." He started to mount his horse.
Sunshine:"Matt! Please get off your horse and talk to me."

Matt:"In my office. What of it?" Sunshine told him what Kitty had told her." You know better than that. And by the way....The note she was referring to was one that I had written to you. I'll come by later for my things." He rode off.

Later that evening Sunshine heard an approaching rider. she peeked out the window and saw Matt. She went to the front door and opened it........."Been waitin' for you, mister. Are you ready to do a little talking and a WHOLE lot of listening?"
Matt:" Sure." He smiled as Daisie Dollie and Gray Lady came to greet him:

They all went into the house.
Matt cuddled with the little ones for a minute or so.
Matt:"Mind if I pack while you talk?"
Sunshine:"Yes. I mind quite a bit." Matt sat down and spread his hands ......... "Okay....I'm listening."
Sunshine explained everything. Matt described the things he heard and the things he saw. AGAIN, Sunshine explained everything.
Matt:"Are you telling me that .......that you aren't getting back together with him?!" Sunshine picked up the puppy and whispered in her ear......"Your daddy is finally listening to me."
Sunshine:"I'm telling you that (3.) Love's Gonna Live Here again.........starting TONIGHT!!"
Sunshine stood on her tip toes so she could kiss Matt:

...I'm sittin' `round the house. Thinkin' of what should be done. Kind of like untanglin' my mind. I had some problems. But I was alone. And was beginning to think about all of that. I knew, Love's gonna live here, again. And I wanted to be able to do all the things that we've never done before.
... But a recent encounter, had did it's damage to me. Won my Heart, Then broke it in one fell swoop. I had to come to grips to tell her, "You ain't Woman enough, to fill my needs." I was gonna need someone to take these chains from my Heart. But it would have to be , nobody I knew.
... Then, one day, I'm On-Line. And get to talking to this one Lady. And I think she & I can become very close together. I have an old Miltary Warhorse. Helping to keep me on the right track. And remind me that I'm really worth giving myself to someone. Loves gonna live here. Damn Right. I've got friends! I've got plenty of love.
