I have been seeing a guy he is 10 years older than me and we get along great. He is smart, witty, and sexy. He is affectionate and we cuddle and stuff but the sex is lacking. I am versatile and he is a top. The thing is I have yet to get off. Should I tell him that he needs to step up? I take care of him he should at least do the same, right? I am more oral and prefer that way but I’d take anything at this point. That's a big part of a relationship and everything else seems to be great. How can I overcome this?

talk to him, communication is the key

Well, if you do think that he has great potential to be the person you could see yourself in a long-term realtionship with, I'd say be verbal (sooner than later) and let hom know that he has to try to stop being so dominant during sex, because it makes you uncomfortable and you don't think that you as a couple are trying to try different things in bed. Always be clear about what the problem is and what you can do to try to solve it. You could suggest roleplay where he'd be a perosn who's more normally a bottom and you'd be the top, something like that.

Hope this helps.

You say he is smart witty and sexy. How about selfish. That is what he sounds like to me there is no way he does not know you have yet to get off. You really need to talk openly about this and see if it can be resolved or the relationship can be a healthy one for you sweetie.

Maybe he has a "problem" with being with someone who isn't a total bottom.

You have to get him to open up to you and find out what he feels he is missing from the sex part of your relationship.

You don't have a full relationship if you can't talk to him about it.
