because i dont really want to watch it if its sad,not really good,or the girl doesnt end up with the demon guy.so what's the ending??dont worry,i love spoilers.

The anime ends w/o having an ending. The anime caught up with the manga and it would have been stupid to come with a filler in the middle of the arc. They opted to end it with a "wherever naraku goes, we will follow him"
Anime ends at episode 167
Spoilers: Inuyasha obtains the 4th upgrade to Tenseiga, Sesshomaru obtains a new sword.

There's no ending in the anime really. The series just stopped without conclusion. Their arch nemesis is still alive. Girl-Kagome didn't or hasn't end up with the demon guy who's actually a hanyou (half-demon)-Inuyasha. The manga is still ongoing though. But there's the 4 movies too that has little connection with the series. I would strongly suggest the 3rd movie.

It was not bad. The anime ended pretty much abruptly and there was never an ending. Naraku is still alive and Inu and the gang are still going after him. The manga is still going on.
btw, the anime ends at ep. 167. There will not be anymore episodes or movies. Due to low ratings and interests in Japan (they have moved on to other anime like FMA and Bleach), it was decided to end the anime.

It was really bad, for a really good anime show. I mean, the girl doesn't end up with the demon, Naraku isn't dead, most of the conflicts aren't settled basically.

the story does not end yet. i heard there will be second season right after the manga is complete. the end is sucks because it has met to the latest chapter available at that time.

bad no horible i loved that show then i watched the end nothing changed no one died no one lost that pisses me off ure better off with the manga
