Definitely steamed. Only lightly steam them to retain most of the original taste. Here's a yummy recipe for cauliflower:

Steam for 15 minutes. Remove all water. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dried basil, red wine vinegar and garlic powder. You can adjust the quantities to your own tastes. Pour over the cauliflower and toss to coat.

We like the frozen veggies. Pour them into a deep dish, Lay some butter on top, a little salt and put them in the nuke meister for 10 minutes. Voila!

We put them in a pot on the stove after the water boils for a few minutes or in the microwave if it's in those microwave bags. I just love vegetables.

I love them anyway they are fixed, I steam them, crock pot them and eat them raw too. I generally use a fork but I have been known to use (God forbid) a spoon.

I fry them, boil them, I put salt and oil all over them. Thats the PR style. I love veges.
