'new-fangled'. I know it was never in but it would be great if it became a cool word for new technology instead of an old person's complaint.

Epicaricacy- It means taking pleasure in the misfortunes of others. And it is English.
Unlike schadenfreude which is German. Why can't we use an English word when one is available?
And which word is easier to pronounce? I know that schadenfreude is growing in popularity, but people butcher the pronounciation, and only sound pretentious when they do say it correctly...
