carbohydrates have the general formla on C_nH_2nO_n, as the molecule above does. Therefore it's probably a polysaccaride.

CARBOHYDRATE. Do you know what you know? BTW, it cannot be a polysaccharide - too much oxygen/carbon to allow for dehydrative condensation. Compare glucose to trehalose.
