I haven't tried it.

Most likely the instructions will say to take while working out and on a diet, which actually means that the dieting and working out will help you lose weight and not the pill.

As its the only one FDA approved at the moment, I'll wait a few years if I want to take it, to get all the long term affects and other studies of what this pill will do.

alli works great if your fat grams per meal intake is 15 grams or lower. Exceeding that could result in the negative side effects of loose oily stool.

Used correctly it works very effectively. Doing some type of cardio workout while on alli also helps, but the main thing is just watch the fat intake.
