I would be pleading not guilty by reason of temporary insanity.

If the kids are home when the cheating is going on I would get the kids and leave and not tell them then I would head straight for the attorney a nd have the papers drawn up including the custody ones for me to have full custody and them with supervised visitation because they obviously are irresponsible if they are bringing a man or a woman into the house while the kids are there. If no kids involved, I would beat the living hell out of them and claim I blacked out and don't remember anything. If I didn't kill the ***** because she knew he was married. I don't know I may just congratulate him on his new status of divorced and throw everything onto the lawn. Decisions Decisions!

When I was married to my first husband we were planning our child's 1st b-day party, During the chaos I had our child, two other children that belonged to my girl friend and our nephew. The children ran to the back yard when we got home from the store when I walked into the house I herd funny noises. Thinking my husband was watching a movie I walked into the bedroom to find him in full action with my friend. They did not see me so I walked down the hall and grabbed a chair and asked if I could watch. Needless to say thank goodness our children were in the back yard because I threw her out of the house buck naked my husband ran after her in boxers so both were locked out and I called her husband and had him pick up the children. A couple hours later I did throw my sons b-day party his father was there and I did smile. Both divorce lawyers loved the story and the judge gave me everything I wanted. :)

Do you honestly have to ask that question? Do you really have no self respect, pride, dignity and value? Do you really think you should stay with a man that doesn't want to stay with you? Do you think he loves you? Do you think he's happy with you? If he is, why did he cheat? Do you think he might cheat again, because he got away with it this time? Do you think he's a real man and a great husband? Do you know that a great husband will always take care of you and everything you come with? Do you know he will do anything to make you happy?

Hey, I could ask a million questions, because I cannot believe you would let any idiot treat you like that. Now your certainly confirming he's an idiot, even though I'm sure he was before he cheated.

He is not a husband and he is not a man. You cannot stay married to a loser or a failure, especially if there are children involved.

I know it's easy to say and very hard to do, but you have to get the hell away from that failure. You have to find a real man. The one that will treat you like gold. The man you can love, trust, respect, etc. Oh believe me, they're out there.

Get your respect and think of yourself as a valuable woman. Mr. Right will definitely appear and he will work hard just to take care of you and make you happy. NOT HIMSELF!

I wish you all the luck. God Bless

I would tell him to leave, call a lawyer and divorce him - no explanation. Not only is he disrepecting you by cheating - but he brought the b$#ch to your own home???? I have zero tolerance for that. He's a cheater and that is all he will ever be. You will never trust him again and that is no way to live. You deserve much better - good luck!

Well, that depends. I mean some ppl find it hot to watch there man/woman doing someone else. If this is you, then join in! Otherwise, call it off and let the other person have him/her! I mean once they get ditched and see you don't care they are going to want you back! Then, decide!

It happened to me with my fiance a long time ago. Needless to say we didn't get married!
Then the man I did marry, had five other wives at the same time.
So I married my best man from that wedding! Should have taken that road the first time.
Life is great now....

let the other person go but you must punish your spouse because he/she just committed treason, now you can decide how you will punish I recommend the removal of their legs, this will not only give him/her limited capabiltiy to move about but is also humiliating. is a risky situation though

Bring the garden hose into the bedroom and cool them off.
Then pack my bags and leave, and stop at the bank to clean out the accounts.
