I don't. What I do equate is the loss of specialists because the incentive will no longer be there. The longer lines, the waits, overworked physicians, etc.

So, why does the government give contracts out to contractors involved in Iraqi Reconstruction which goes on the lowest bid?

There are reports of raw sewage running in the places these guys are building.

You get what you pay for.

I learned that was true in my Republicanism 101 class. I dropped that class when I saw where it was headed.
