I think it will be LSU vs. Ohio State. there I said it.

just kidding. I do think LSU will win it all though. that defense is awesome, and they could have beat anybody last year, including Florida (does anyone really believe Florida was really better than OSU last year, come on now!!!!!!!) And LSU was pretty good all the way around but sometimes Jamarcus got in the way, if the offense played the way it did vs. ND vs everybody they would have played OSU.
and that d!
The LSU d is why I think the Bayeau Bengals will win it all this year.

I am a Buckeye fan, so forgive me for spelling Bayou wrong. geeeze.
Florida didn't prove anything to me, I kinda would like OSU's chances in a rematch. And yes, USC is good, I would like to get them this year, but Ohio State will play them in the regular season very soon.

ha Minnesota! I like the sense of humor.

to all the Florida and SEC people: Yes OSU and Mich. stunk it up in the BCS.
Who cares. Ohio State beat TWO regular season no.2's, and finished the regular season undefeated. M*ch*g*n only barely lost to OSU, and had they beaten a very tough USC team they could have made the argument that they deserved the NC also. Who did Florida lose to? *In case you forgot, they did lose a game.
And losing Ginn DID hurt a lot, b/c it took away OSU's most dynamic offensive threat, and completely changed the game. In a rematch, OSU would have won.
OSU returns the defense that got them to the BCS title game last year, and lost most of the offense, including Troy Smith, whom I predict will turn out better than all the ESPN people think. So, OSU will lose a couple, but they will still make it to the BCS. OSU will be beaten though, by the Wisconsin, and Wisconsin will play LSU in the title game.
there, happy.

everyone wants to hate on the gators
come on you ohio state fans have you not had enough already
no matter what sport you will never be equal to florida, your too slow, no defense and you suck in basketball
you would probably not even be .500 in the s.e.c.
1)florida
2)l.s.u.
3)u.s.c. (south carolina)
4)auburn
5)Tennessee
there the top five right there
6)georgia
i forgot about alabama
arkansas
and kentucky yes i said kentucky
watch them this year
so there ohio state stick to you schedule
akron, youngstown state, kent state and that tough hahahaha
big ten schedule, get em zook
you are a ohio state homer
florida lost to auburn on the road at night on a very questionable call, compare the schedules florida had the toughest in the country theres no arguement
just give it up ohio state was not nearly as good as florida it was proven and then proven again on the court
I agree ohio state was probably better then the way they played in the championship game but even i can admit when we (florida) get beat by a better team, why can't you just come to grips florida was better.

USC should be favorite. SC is returning 18 starters 10 on defense 8 on offense. The problem last season may have been the defense but they are 1 year wiser and have had time to grow as a group. The 3 players they lost on offense (2 wr's and the center) shouldn't hurt them that much. How hard is it to recruit a good wide out at USC and when your new center is 6"5' 285 lbs i think they will be ok. Plus look for Booty to have a Heisman run this season

The bandwagon choice by many publications appears to be USC vs. LSU in the BCS Nat'l. Title Game. I don't think that will go down like that though it could. I am not even sure if LSU will win the Wild Wild West Division of the SEC with Arkansas and Saban taking over the reigns at Bama. Not to mention the East is comprised of the defending champs (Gators) that are returning quite a few members of that championship team and some of the dynamic players in the country in Harvin and Tebow and the Vols and Dawgs that I would never count out of the SEC Title picture. I think LSU will have a solid season but not win the SEC let alone make it to the Nat'l. Title game.

I am going to say USC vs. Michigan in the Nat'l. Championship. Trojans return a lot of fire power from both sides of the ball. Wolverines have Henne, Hart, Manningham and a big old chip on their shoulders going into the 2007 season. Big Blue has a lot to prove. Texas is another team I would also strongly consider to be in the title picture.

I love how Florida gets no respect. OSU and Michigan were exposed in the their respective bowl games. Neither game was even competive. All the big tenners still want to call foul. Come on, Florida won the game 41-14 and took it easy on 'em in the 2nd half.

For the guy that said Ted Ginn was the difference. What, do you think he was going to step in and play on the O-line and then switch over to defense and help stop the 41 points Florida put up. The game was not competive, the real game to watch would have been USC vs. UF.

As for next year I would say USC, UF, & LSU have the best shot.

Florida beat LSU and OSU last year. In fact they totally dismantled the highly overrated OSU. If you think a rematch would have been different, you are dreaming or know very little about football. Florida's D-line was simply too athletic for the slow class of the big 10 and OSU's defense played directly into Florida's strengths (no pressure on Leak all night). OSU was out-manned and out-coached. It was settled on the field.

Next year, another SEC team will win. My bet is either Auburn, Georgia or Florida (hopefully).

LSU is good, but I don't think they're that good. If LSU could have beaten Florida last year, why didn't they? And while I'm going, if Tedd Ginn Jr wasn't tough enough to hang with the SEC then, what makes you think that he wouldn't get hurt again-JK. I think that the SEC is going to come up big, but I don't know if LSU is going to be the team that wins it

I think it'll be USC. LSU is very good too. Florida looks tough. So does that team up north.
