Im having a problem being able to fit two booster seats (with backs) and an infant car seat in the back of my car. Buying a different car is not an option.

Im wondering if anyone knows where I can get a rear facing infant car seat that is 15-16.5 inches in width?? I can only find ones that are 18-23 inches and width.

Web site or store information would be helpful.

My oldest who is 5 is 46.5 pounds. Are they able to go in a backless booster at that weight?? All the seat belt adjusters I find are for 50 pounds plus. The booster seats I found are 16.5 inches in width thats as small for those as I've found.

Put your oldest in a backless booster. You can get one at wal-mart for like 15-20 bucks. Usually it is for children who are 40 pounds and up. He should be fine.

The slimmest Ive seen is the Sunshine Kids Radian 65 at 17 inches, and goes to 65lbs.
Good luck!

They say that if you can turn your front air bag off with a switch that you can put a child in the front seat. My car doesn't have this option but many do. It would scare the daylights out of me though. Good luck.

can you fnd a narrower booster? it may be easier to find. Can one of your kids go to a backless booster?

edit: read you update, yes your 5 yr old can go into a backless at that age, my son and nephews are all in them and all are between 3'8 and 4'2, 44 lbs to 58 lbs.

Try the brand GRACO. the website has all sizes plus patterns. This is also the safest brand and has carseats that offer a lighter carrier for carrying.

www.Gracobaby.com

Babies R US sells the most graco products for car seats but for a special i would look or even call them for your options. the number can be found on the website.
