What should I say, I am both!
And saying single is like covering the fact, and if saying divorced is like looking for some adventure.
Single is like having fun...
Divorced is like....people pity you keep distance and thinks you dont worth that much now!!!

depends upon the circumstances. if you're filling out a job application then check the correct box. if talking to friends they already know so it is no big deal. if talking to a prospective date would use my own judgment under what the situation calls for. as for my dating a divorced Lady the only question I would ask is " is the divorce final ? " because as long as it is then you are single, but in my mind if the divorce is not final then you are still married. personally don't date married Ladies.

Single, it sounds more like your confident and you had a choice in the matter...Divorce sounds more like you need pity...
