Ron Paul! He has almost zero chance of victory, unfortunately. The media has already declared that he is not a "major candidate" and the rabid supporters of both party's current federal corruption machinery will be out putting down road signs for their favorite establishment tyrant.

I used to think McCain was good, but he totally backed down to Bush on a number of issue like torture. So I don't support him anymore. I know the mormon guy won't win so why bother. I also thought Juliani was alright, but I think he is fit to take care of a city, but not a country. Again I find myself in a situation where there are no good candidates. What ever happened to having the best and brightest run for president. The writers of the Constitution must be rolling over in their graves.

Dr. Ron Paul is the only candidate that has a chance against the machine! Truth is a powerful weapon! The good Dr. is the only true christian and supporter of the constitution. I am not saying his being christian is a reason for voting for him but it speaks to his truly honorable character! A real and solid grass roots movement is happening and can see him winning this race! Lets hope so as he is the only one that can make a positive change for this once great and free country!

I vote (as I believe everyone else should) based on my convictions.
I like Fred athough he is not running yet.
If he gets all the conservatives behind him rather Dem or Rep then I think he will win.

Fred Thompson.
He most certainly has a good chance. He's already pulled ahead of many republican candidates and he hasn't even officially announced yet. If he gets to run against Hitlery, he'll most definitely win.
Why? Because he's one of very few who still holds true to conservative ideas, instead of the diet versions we're getting (like Guliani, heh).

The democrats have fiercely attacked McCain with virtually nothing of substance. They are so afraid of him they are making things up. Well rounded, lots of experience and well respected.

RON PAUL because:
He voted against going to war against Iraq,
He voted against the Patriot Act,
He voted against regulating the internet,
Has NEVER voted to raise taxes,
He voted against the "Abortion Funding Amendment",
Has NEVER voted to raise taxes,
He is against the North American Union,
He is against the proposed NAFTA Superhighway that will open up our roadways to illegals and terrorists,
He has delivered more than 4,000 babies,
He goes by the constitution,
He doesn't accept money from "special interest groups" or corporations,
He doesn't accept personal donations that excede $24,000,
The corporate-owned media ignores him and despises him (that makes me like him even more!),
and etc, etc, etc.
VOTE RON PAUL '08!!

To early to tell. The mud has just began to fly. For sure not McCain. Just don't see him as presidential material.

I'm still trying to formulate opinions on all of them. The Democrats could make it easy on me, like the did in 2004, by nominating Hillary.
