Nothing, I'd just be thankful I have a doctor who understands I need these pills for my agoraphobia otherwise being on top of a mountain would really make me feel bad..but even with the pills, I wouldnt be shouting anything, I'd be holding the phone up, hoping for a signal, to call a taxi, to get me back to civilisation!
