Honey, working out in a gym is not going to get you pregnant! In fact stick exercise will often prevent periods and conception. Stick with what your doctor advises.

My big concern is that you are so desperate for a baby to please everyone else. Are you and our husband ready for a baby? You do realize this is a lifetime commitment? You are only twenty three. Enjoy each other and allow your doctor to do her job. The babies will come.

If they do not then you need to realize you are not an incubator. Adoption is a very lovely experience. I hope you conceive in the right time for your and your husband but keep in mind you are not a baby machine for the pleasure of other people.

my boss had the same problem... if you don't have your period during a month then you haven't ovulated... definitely gain some weight if you're too thin... eat your fruits and veggies and buy the book "taking control of your fertility" from barns and noble... it gives awesome techniques for telling when you're ovulating... the one that takes no tools and i think is the best is to moniter your cervical mucus... when you ovulate your body wants you to get pregnant so it makes your "lube" as hospitable to sperm as possible... so you have to think "what substance would allow sperm to swim the fastest and easiest?"... a few days before you actually release the egg you'll notice that it becomes clear, stretchy and the consistency of eggwhites... the last day that you have cm like this is the day that you've ovulated and therefore are most likely to get preggers if you have sex that day (and night if you want to be sure)....after you have sex don't get up from the bed for a few hours and prop your hips up on some pillows so that the sperm won't fall out.. give them some time and gravity will help them get to where they're going and if you're only ovulating every other month then you need more tools in your arsenal to get pregnant... there's about 3 other techniques that the book talks about that are a little more of a pain in the butt... but if you do all of them then you'll know when you're ovulating for sure! don't worry you'll get pregnant soon ... just envision yourself being preggers and then holding your baby everyday and your body will listen... another thing to be aware of (and that i've noticed to be true) is that women are most likely to have cheating thoughts around the time that they're ovulating ... so the next time that you start thinking about that ex boyfriend for no reason or have a very vivid dream about brad pitt... jump your husband..lol...
good luck!!

Buy the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and read it cover to cover.

Clomid and similar drugs can actually inhibit pregnancy in some women. This is explained in the book. The book has a whole chapter on dealing with irregular periods. People have had great success with this book without having to resort to fertility treatments. (I read the book and achieved pregnancy the first month we tried charting.) If you read the book and are still not pregnant after about six months, then start considering treatments. It really comes down to timing, and when your periods are irregular it is very difficult to figure out the four days of the month that you are fertile.

First thing I can say is, don't let people pressure you towards a baby. This is your decision (and your husband's), when it's the right time for you financially and emotionally, then it's a good time.
The best times to get pregnant are usually between day 12 and day 16 in your cycle (day 1 being the start of your period).
I'd really avoid the pills, and don't let yourself be stressed by the need for a baby. To be blunt, relax, have some good sex, and let it happen!

Hi! I'm a nurse, the best way to conceive is to buy an ovulation tester, and use it to figure out the best days to conceive, They aren't that expensive. Did you know, you CAN conceive while having your period? Sure! Those little sperm guys are determined! You just need to calculate when you are fertile! good luck!

in case you have abnormal sessions, then this is not any longer elementary to music once you're ovulating based on your era (frequently a individual ovulates 14 days after the 1st day of their era). For you, i might recommend charting your basal physique temperature. you could %. a thermometer up at your community drugstore. make optimistic it says it reads the basal physique temp (those are extra tender and consequently extra precise.) shop the thermometer via your mattress. interior the morning, in the previous you progression around too plenty (i.e. don't get off the mattress) take your temp and write it down. Chart it for some months. you would be conscious your temperature peaks and valleys. whilst it will boost, you're ovulating. this is one thank you to tell once you're ovulating with abnormal sessions. it ought to take you a at the same time as to choose the trend of your physique, yet once you employ this equipment you ought to be able to tell once you're ovulating and consequently whilst is the excellent risk of having pregnant. stable luck!

The pills help regulate your cycle so that you know which days are best for TTC, the others help stimulate ovualtion to relaease one or maybe more eggs to increase your chances. However I don't think having a baby because other's think you need to is just cause for doing it. Wanting a baby is a good reason but needing it??

Sounds like you're on Clomid, or something like it. People have great success with that drug.

Also, you're irregular it sounds like because you have a critically low BMI. try putting on just 5-10 pounds. I had the same problem, i had to gain a little weight to get pregnant. Your body will not allow you to get pregnant if it thinks your too skinny to survive it.

Yes, pills like Clomid are very effective.

Another thing you can do to help is get an ovulation predictor kit (you can get at any drug store). There are ones that measure your hormones in your urine, and others will measure your body tempurature - something to look into.
