Congratulations on your pregnancy!
As a mother of 5 the best advice I can give you is to enjoy your last 10 weeks or thereabouts. If there is anything non physical which you've been putting off doing then now is the time to do it, particularly if it requires concentration for a long period of time.Once the baby arrives you will find that you have little time for these things for a while. Night and day merge into one another and you can feel quite tired. Don't worry, normality will return...I promise.
Good luck

DIAPERS!!! That's the best suggestion I can give. And buy more than NB and 1s. My son upgraded to size 2 at 2 months. I had received a lot of diapers as gifts and it was sooooo nice to have them beforehand! I would suggest formula (if you're not breast feeding), ask your Dr for suggestions. And if you are breastfeeding, pumps are great! Also, burp cloths and bibs. Good luck and don't worry, you'll forget a thousand things but it will all be okay. Most of the things I needed I didn't think of before.

Take it easy. 30 weeks is actually 7 months, which means you are in your third trimester. Keep your feet elevated when you sit. Drink plenty of water. Avoid sugary foods. And above all, enjoy yourself!!! Spend this time shopping for yourself as well as the baby, being with family, and not getting stressed out. Being prepared is great, too. Start putting together your bag for the hospital. That way, when the time comes, you're not scrambling to get everything. Believe me, I carried fraternal twins for 9 months and I was very tired in my third trimester. But being prepared and having family support helped out so much. In the end, my son and daughter came into this world without all the chaos of the world. Congratulations and good luck with your precious bundle of joy!!!

Yeah if you've had heartburn...its going to get tons worse...And recovery from delivery SUCKS, but is worth it when you see your beautiful baby!!! Somethings I didn't know that I found interesting....A sharp pain that occurs on your left side mid tummy is your ligament spasming...You know sometimes when you feel like your belly weighs a ton??...That's your baby sleeping!!!

Its all down hill from here.. lol. Any sort of comfort you enjoyed with your body is slowly slipping out the window.
Pain, pain, painpain, and pain. Trust me, after these next few months you're going to be SO glad for labor. (which really isnt bad at all, no matter what anyone tells you)
STAY ACTIVE, thats the BEST thing you can do for yourself. And sleep.
