Go have a warm bath. Take some pain relief. Put Dirty Dancing on and eat cake with ice cream. I promise this works every time :)

Take some Advil and call me in the morning...k/k but really do take some Advil it's the best cure for cramps and stay away from Coke and Pepsi that causes cramping!!!! FEEL BETTER

wet a towel a lil bit and throw it in the microwave for a minute at a time until its as warm as you want it... don't walk away from the towel when its in the microwave.. it may burn..

then take a couple ibruprofen and lie down. roll up the towel and lie down and place it where ever it hurts..

hot water bottle and some paracetomol curl up and have a hot drink like hot choc and if it still hurts take a couple of ibruprofen in another few hours but check that you can take them 1st

Pamprin or Midol.. Even Motrin helps.. Lie down and get some rest.

Ive heard mixing brown sugar with warm water helps..

lay down in fetal position...

warm rag or water bottle on stomach..

midol..

warm tea..

stay away from caffenine..

chocolate also helps!
