i'm 15 and i know i still have time, but i want to speed it up. boobs get guys attention and thats wat i want. but i cant get implants. is there anything i can do or eat to get them bigger?

You'd think you'd want to get a guy because of your personality NOT your breasts, which, with age, big boobs become saggy and limp especially after pregnancy.
You have about 6 more years of developing up there before worrying about your size.
Either get fat or get pregnant, that will enlarge your chest.
Other than that, love yourself. SO many guys like "just a handful" that you shouldn't look to enlarge them for a guy.

You can't. It will happen when it happens. Girls are not done with puberty until they're 19-20. The ONLY way you can get larger breasts (larger than what you are meant to have naturally) is to have implant surgery.
(And don't call your breasts "boobs." It's degrading and makes you sound common and trashy. Respect yourself.)
