WASHINGTON - President Bush says polls don't matter to him, but his slumping popularity appears to be influencing fellow Republicans in a way that hurts — money. Bush's yearly fundraising dinner for Republican congressional candidates on Wednesday generated $15.4 million — no small amount, but almost half as much as the $27 million the event brought in last year. Bush raised $23 million at the same dinners in 2005 and 2004.

I believe its his purpose to further advance the New World Order mode of government that his father also advanced. I am sorry I voted for him, twice, but he was the best choice, at the time. If someone agrees on legislation with Sen. Kennedy and Rep. Pelosi, and their likes, that don't speak for me. Now, I'm torn between my party (Republican) and the Libertarian party. We have enough government running (ruining) our lives.
