I would've gotten angry too, sugar free and diet is pretty disgusting personally, and I hope he isn't...overweight, that might have been why he threw it. If not, then just throw a coke and regular pudding at him, lol.

hee hee I don't blame him sugar free pudding and a diet coke , it's no wounder he dint kill you.. all jokes aside when one is sick never offer them Sweet's of any kind . 7 up Ginger Ale is OK and soda cracker's in the future let the A** suffer . lol

Eat lots and lots of regular pudding and drink lots of regular coke. When you can't eat any more without suffocating, approach your coworker and vomit all over him.
Be sure to tell him that the pudding and coke had real sugar.

I think you have some of your question messing, because I don't know what you did to tick him off, besides I guess eat something that he had?
Get him a whole bunch of whatever you ate to tick him off and put a 'I'm Sorry' card with it.
