i have to choose one of these three questions to do one final answer on my assessment. and I really dont know which one to do cos i dont know much about any of them. help please?

oh yah forgot to mention its about Australian government policies and regulations...... I live in NSW if thats more help even....

do #1 because the gov't
allocates research money for chronic diseases
makes health policy - regulates health insurance
makes rules for the disabled (like ADA) etc.
lots of stuff there.
