No has taken 6 wickets in 6 consecutive balls in the history of cricket. However, many bowlers have tkan 4 wickets in 4 consecutive balls in first class matches, 3 bowlers in List A matches three bowlers have taken 4 wickets in 4 balls and one bowler(Lasith Malinga of Sri Lanka) in cricket world cup has taken 4 wickets in 4 balls...

However, J.S.Rao of Services has taken 2 hat-tricks in the same innings in the match against Northern Punjab played at Amristar in 1963-64.

No. None of the bowlers has taken six wickets in an over.

Shaun pollock came close though. On his debut match in english county he took 4 wickets of 4 balls then a dot ball and another wicket in the 6th ball.

So his 5 in an over is the best in an over as of now.
