Which crystal found in Himachal Pradesh (India) is Earthquake-resistant?

Himachal pradesh is a northern state of India below J&K. According to my information the crystal found is in 'Manikaran', a small town near Kullu.

There is no crystal that is earthquake resistant like than there is no amulet that will keep illness away ....it's all superstition.

Don't believe in such superstitions. I don't know which crystal in particular you are talking about, because I have never heard of any gem deposit near Manikaran. But no crystal can stop earthquake as it is a natural and unpredictable phenomenon. Crystals cannot change anything, period.
