No Bowlerhas taken 20 wickets in a first class match or any other form of a cricket match so far.

The record for most number of wickets in a match in a first class cricket match is 18 wickets taken by F.W.Lilywhite in the match between Players & Gentlemen atLords in 1837 and H.A. Arkwright in the match between MCC and Gentlemen of Kent at Canterbury in 1861.

J.C. Laker of England has taken 19 wicketsfor 90 runs in a Test Match against Australia played at Manchester 1956

Jim Laker took 20 wickets in a first class match which he played just before the test in which he took 10 wickets in an innings and 9 wickets in the other.

No Jim laker is next best at 19 wickets. Keep in mind all international games will be included in First class records.

In International Cricket ,Anil Kumble had taken 10 wickets in an inning.

not yet but two bowlers has managed 10 wickets in i innings they r kumble in test cricket and jim laker in first class cricket

as I mensioned in your other question, Jim Laker took 19wckts in a test match.
but no one could take 20 wickets in tests.
sorry, I dont know about 1st class.
