I know it's wishful thinking to expect the Great Pimp to do the right thing but I figured I'd ask anyway.

In his mind he did. It was the most round about apology I had ever heard. Something to the effect that those who were offended had misconstrued or taken his words out of context. In other words if you were offended you should apologize to Big Al because you are wrong not him.

Now isn't that special?

He is unapologetic, just like Jessie "someone else pay for my kid and ho" Jackson. They see no reason to apologize as they are the victims not anyone else.

They shoulder the burden of being a victim for all the brothers and sisters. Mormons, wasps, yids, kikes, heebs, hymies, honkeys, spics, japs, dagos, limeys, latinos need not apply.

It's a one color rainbow coalition baby - green in their wallets.

it somewhat is nevertheless often held in Catholic and Protestant denominations that Mormonism is a cult in step with heresy. That it somewhat is heresy interior the experience of all that replaced into declared heresy interior the ecumenical councils is trouble-free. yet Mormons assert, and not thoroughly without benefit, that their doctrines align particularly properly with very early heterodoxies that have been declared heresies in Roman controlled political councils. they could say the indisputable fact that their doctrines lost the vote interior the councils does no longer propose they are incorrect. i could argue that Mormonism could be categorised heresy from an undemanding examination of scripture and not something extra. So the concept that their doctrines are historical and orthodox, yet lost out to political corruption interior the Roman Church isn't convincing. in actuality, they handle this the only way they are able to, that's to declare the Bible is incomplete, mistranslated, or their "undeniable and advantageous truths" have been excised by the Romanists. of direction we've sufficient documentary evidence that this particular declare is fake. in all probability extra dispositive is the indisputable fact that there's no longer a shred of evidence for the real nature of the e book of Mormon, and substantial evidence that "The Prophet" Joseph Smith replaced right into a circus sideshow fraud in each and every experience of the be conscious. yet conversely, we have no evidence that each and every physique the staggering claims of Christendom are different than a fraud, so in that regard, Mormonism's claims are no much less or extra worth of derision. And who's the jerk giving me the thumbs down for in basic terms telling the reality?

No, it's his opinion that Mormon is a false religion, and we're all entitled to our opinions on religion. Here's the story, in case you're interested:

SHARPTON'S REMARK

"During a debate on religion and politics at the New York Public Library with atheist author Christopher Hitchens, Sharpton said, "As for the one Mormon running for office, those that really believe in God will defeat him anyway, so don't worry about that. That's a temporary situation."

ROMNEY'S RESPONSE:

"It shows that bigotry still exists in some corners," Romney said. "I thought it was a most unfortunate comment to make."

SHARPTON'S RESPONSE

"In no way did I attack Mormons or the Mormon Church when I responded that other believers, not atheists, would vote against Mr. Romney for purely political reasons," Sharpton said in a written statement.

He also accused Romney's campaign of engaging in "a blatant effort to fabricate a controversy to help their lagging campaign."

I'm not sure if he ever apologized to Romney directly, but he did actual call up the Mormon church and apologized to them. He also came out to Utah and met with some of them and toured the Mormon temple grounds, etc. Despite that, he did continue to make some ill advised remarks. But of course, that is his right.

Speaking as a lapsed Catholic, I don't feel that Sharpton was off the mark with Romney.

If you live in Mormon Country any length of time, you'll see what a fraud their 'church' really is. They've been spending big to whitewash their violent and inbred history, along with their false testimony against the Bible. Mormonism is a cult, not a religion

Mormons deserve nothing but scorn and disgust from the good christians of the world.

Of course not, The "Reverends" Al and Jesse are above anything petty like making apologies for their racist, bigoted and slanderous speech. If they did apologize then that's all they'd be doing, they wouldn't have time for anything else.

Apparently, only Democrats have to apologize.

Pat Robertson said certain Protestants were of the Antichrist

Jerry Falwell and other religious right leaders called Muhammad a terrorist

And yet they don't have to apologize, why?

not that I've heard. If you've checked out what core beliefs the Mormons hold to (eg: through a properly lived life you can gain god status) you may also think that they are Christian in name only as well.

Of Course Not !! Being a black "Reverend" means never having to say your sorry:

for racist comments against "whitey"
for racist comments against "hymie-town"
for illegitimate children
for adultry
for incitement to riot
