Take a look and judge for yourself. Why would this special Government unit print a manual unless they had a need for it?

Usually you write a manual after a situation has occurred, that way you are better prepared for the next hands-on experience.

Exactly - that's the point - hardly a curiosity item.

Just more disclosure for those searching for the truth, which is the one thing our tax dollars does not buy!

The government is no longer trying to keep this secret (obviously), and the truth is available for those who seek it. For those who don't want to know..........well they never will. Thanks for posting this. I have never seen it........I have only talked to people about the famous "MAJ 12"

if nasa publicly demonsrtates a craft that goes 10-15kmph in troposphere & lands at airports,we'd know where they got it from
