and I don't mean secretly gay, do you assume they're not openly gay just because they haven't announced it? I mean like, straight people don't have to announce it lol

Really don't care what anyone else sexual preference is as long as they let me live my life my way!

Nope. Not at all. I am straight but I do not go around making an announcement everytime I meet someone. I would prefer people to think of me as me, to like me or not like me based on something other than my sexuality. I could really care less whether or not someone is gay or straight. I do care about whether they are nice, compassionate people.

Well for the most part I do and thats probabally bad...I can only really tell the obvious gay guys...the ones who are overly flamboyent but if they are not flamboyent then i have NO clue...im really bad at it...i wish i had a little device that beeped when i was near a gay guy..a device like the ones people use on the beach to look for metal or money in the sand haha that would be fun!

It depends on the signals they give off; sometimes, regardless of whether the person is in a relationship, you can just tell that they find a certain person attractive. If I've never noticed the person is attracted to those of the opposite sex, I might start to wonder about their preference, but won't ask; it is their call whether to bring it up, and I really don't care anyway.

No, not me. Some people might assume that but I assume that I don't know someone's sexuality although I do guess at times. I also have good gaydar so I am usually pretty accurate!

Quite the opposite. I live in Manhattan, so I assume everyone's gay (or at least bi) until proven straight.

I don't assume stuff unless they're acting strange I'd think theres a problem or sumthung like that but unless they're acting strange I don't go assuming things about people.

regularly, i prefer to try to assume that the person is straight if there aren't really tell-tale signs showing, but if there is something off, then i half assume that they are homo/bi and half assume that they are straight (kind of in the uncertain area, but not really deciding). if they are really flame-ish, then i assume that they are gay, but of course with a little reservation, because in today's society, you can't really ever tell someone's preference by their outside with 100% certainty.

I really dont care if someone is bi gay or straight. Like i see myself as universal, i dont limit myself to a box..and someone around me is gay or bi, well they could be hiding it? but with the type of person i am, people usually open up quickly, i am really not somoene to like hide from, i'm not ignorant.

No. I don't assume anything about another person's sexuality. I can usually tell and anyway, it's not an issue either way to me.
