I know a lot of people that wear casual dresses and skirts. But you rarely see people with long dresses and skirts.

once in a while i do. there is a whole group of women near here who wear skirts every day but they belong to some unusual religious group. not a well known one like Pentecostals or Orthodox Jews, something really different

I do, when I am going out or just feel like looking nice. Although I have always been that kind of girl, the type who likes to dress up when going places simple like the mall or the movies.

I wear them all the time! I'm very girly, and find it really easy to jsut toss on a dress, some heels and go!

People are wearing all over the place. Here in Ottawa, ON (Canada) . I actually saw a guy riding his bike wearing a kilt (not sure if that's how you spell it)

i wear cute babydoll dresses in the summer and short skirts too. i love showing my legs btw. and i am not a slut! =P

im penticostal and i wear them everyday. and i have people come up to me all the time complimenting my outfits. you have to be a bit more creative but i love it. then again im a really girly girl. im guessing its a bit harder for the tomboys out there. if your looking for a feminine outfit tho thats the way to go.
