I normally look at Forever 21 or Target has a lot of cute dresses as well. I would order online for Target because they have more of a selection.

EBAY, they have the size written down and everything. But make sure you only buy from powersellers with good ratings. Thats how you can get rid of scams.

Anthropologie, on line, they have a great clearance section, any major on-line retailer has a good section of sale stuff. I have found great deals on Ann Taylor and Nordstrom.
