I hear a lot of Y!A libs say 'Stop ranting and raving and find a solution!' Which is correct. I do want to find a solution.
But what? How can you possibly help someone that doesn't want to be helped?
Talk with them? Plead with them? Sure, these kids who are born to these lazy moochers are not at fault and should not be penalized for their parents mistakes. But where do we draw the line?
It is one thing when you have one kid that you are struggling to take care of, but what about when they keep having them one after another?
Forcing them to get sterilized violates their human rights....
Telling them to get a job and go to school is fine and dandy! But what if they don't want to do neither? THEN WHAT??
Fifteen years (1989 - 2004) I have spent living in the inner city. I saw them folks around doing nothing with brand new Jordans on their feet while their rent is only $15 thanks to section 8.
Does this not anger you?

I can't stand to see it. Healthcare costs are super high! No one helps me with it. Rent, clothes, grocery-- I get no help with that. The taxes taken out of my paychecks cause my eyes to water EVERY TIME!
Why does it seem that the working man is being penalized?

So... you don't want to come up with a solution, you want someone else to come up with one.
I already suggested we press for further welfare reform, and you gave that a thumbs down, so I'm not sure what else you want to do.

No i'd say some human beings extra suitable suggested than you've a issue with illegals. no longer in elementary words is it a danger to US safe practices, even if the site visitors in drugs and human beings throughout our borders is so vast and so risky that particular parts of the Southwest have become war zones. in the period in-between those that do come to this usa are exploited and blackmailed to the day they die through unscrupulous employers in this usa. i think you're want of illegals doing all that low salary paintings. it is a issue which will blow up in our faces interior the destiny if we do not do some thing authentic about it now. it is truly like legalized slavery. it's going to make the Civil war seem as if a minor skirmish if we do not do some thing about it. Mark my note.

You see some things I see others. Veterans who can't get treatment, the elderly being warehoused and having their spouses forced either to divorce them or lose their homes. People dying on the floors of Hospitals, a friends husband ignoring the symptoms of a heart attack because he is between jobs, and dying at 48. Cans set up in convenience stores to raise money for a new leg for a growing child because Medicaid won't pay for a new one when she grows.
Its a sad fact that while the system lets in too many who shouldn't be in, it also ignores and mistreats people who can't possibly take care of themselves (elderly, newborns, kids).
When I hear a sensible solution like universal health care, its shot down as socialist. I never get an answer to the question of who they think pays for the care of the uninsured when the uninsured must be hospitalized. Or is it their suggestion the women have babies on the streets, or that we not set broken legs?

We have had some excellent laws put in place when Bill Clinton ordered us to come up with something new. And we did. But if we have less people getting welfare we will need less people as employees of the welfare system. They won't enforce because it will put them out of a job.
I would gladly stop all CASH payments tomorrow. Put a payee system in place. Pay the rent, utilities, buy food, but do not give them even one penny in cash. I would rather see us pay child care, and other child supports to get these lazy people into the workforce.

Cut off welfare or make it temporary for working class. There are innocent hard working people that have a temporary situation (3 months or less). I'm sick of these women popping out babies with no job & no education thinking a man will take care of them for the rest of their lives. Some states you have to have a license to own a pet, in all you need a license to drive; but no license to have sex with random men. I guess they are keeping their rights to be a dumb ho. It infuriates me. I can't stand it. And then the vast majority of people that claim disability-my father has had cancer surgery twice and is still working (missing one kidney & a titanium rod in his right arm, from shoulder to elbow.) It's sad b/c the children of these people end up getting handouts their whole life and very rarely make anything of themselves. I could write an essay on it. I wish there was something that we could do

Where do we draw the line appears to be the million dollar question? No one wants to unjustly penalize the children of those who refuse to work and no one wants to support the parents that refuse to work. It's called a rock and a hard place . . . I have no idea what to do either.

So the 1 million dollars McDonald's and other multi national corporations get for advertising doesn't bother you???? You rather attack the hungry American children that need food. You are a true conservative. Attack the weak and help the fat get fatter.
You get em Ervin!!!

Why not enlarge the size of congress and put them all there. The present group is not accomplishing anything anyhow. That way they could have free health insurance that is even better than the free stuff they have now.

The solution is simple: Cut off their welfare aid and force them to either get a job or leave the country. If you cut out welfare altogether for people with no desire to work and care for their families, then it will relieve tax burdens and possibly stop a lot of the babies being born by several fathers just for the benefit of increased monthly payments.

I have pondered over this for many years. I have come to the conclusion it will take a grass root effort.
My belief is that it will take the church. They will have to work with their community, going door to door. Teaching them skills helping to give them values.
But then I think that most of the churches are so off base. They are not even prepared for the job.

Just worry about yourself and how to earn more moeny so your taxes don't hurt so bad. As far as solutions, i like the one CLinton had...to put a 5 year moratorium on welfare recipients. It has been successful. BTW, it is hardly the largest prtion of what your taxes are used for. I have no problem getting the oney to the people who need the help, what I have a problem with is having to pay 5 people to mail it out to them...you know, BUREAUCRACY.
