I have seen some stuff on the shelves called blast of lime dish foam by dawn, and I have seen lime scented no-name detergent at the dollar store, but I am hesitant to buy this stuff because I bought some lime scented windex and it smelled like amonia not limes. Do those detergents really smell like limes?

I have it at home and have been using it for a while. I really like the dawn direct foam, but the scent isn't really strong. It has a faint lime scent. I buy it because of the foaming action and it works well, not because of the smell.

It smells like limes, but it doesn't make your dishes smell like limes. It's okay to use.

apparently they activate the rusting process (not the real word but you must know what I mean)...too much acid, lemon does the same...
I actually found several of my steak knives with rust on them after I had soaked them for a while in the dawn lemon stuff...
