So first I must ask... how many of you like your jobs..

2nd. How many of you feel miserable about the idea that you have to goto work everyday

3rd. Do you work 8 hours a day 5 days a week?

so I love the work that I do but I just cannot stand the fact that I HAVE to be somewhere 5 days a week 8 hours a day. most of the time I feel miserable about this fact.

Now this sucks.. if any of us actually feel this way that means in the end.. we have spent the majority of our lives miserable..

1. I hate my job.
2. I dread going into work
3. I work 12 hour rotating dayshifts & nightshifts

Yes I hate the fact that I'm a slave to this job but until I either win the lottery or my musical or artistic careers take off, I'm stuck!

:)
Yes we waste too many hours at work but it affords us the things we want & need. I look forward to my time off. This is just my living, not my life. & you have to look for the positive. I have the internet at work & am able to go on yahoo answers to pass the time during a long long day!

Nobody ever said life was a party. That's just the cold, hard truth, my friend. Unless you were born into royalty or excessive wealth, then you work for a living. Personally, I work a lot more than you. Try 6 days a week and 9 hours a day. It's not so bad. After all there are 24 hours in a day. So after 9 hours of work and 8 hours of sleep, I have 7 hours to do whatever I want.

personally i find fulfillment in the work i do, and work well over 40 hour a week. I believe that we are here to advance life, and we learned long ago that if we work together in a society that we could evolve at a much faster pace then we could individually. No matter what job you have, you are still a "piece of the machine" that is pushing us forward. This seems to cause despair in many, the idea of just being part of a larger cause, but i think the very meaning of life lays in this fact. Any of our personal happiness is secondary to the good of all of life. We are here to evolve, and to evolve we must all work together.

I hate my job and the fact I have to be there mon-fri for eight hours. I am still in school so I do not have the luxury of just picking or choosing any job. I have to have one that will work w/my school schedule. I just hope when I graduate I do not waste my life at a boring job.

You said it.

You could get married and live or work from home;
Or you could work abroad,where you may possibly not be
miserable as you have to go into work everyday.

I know all to well, my friend, how you and people with jobs like you, are married to a monster that beats you with its' machine cord whip. Try something new at your home, today and from now on that will relieve your negetive stress. Create for us, your divine symbols and study all of the glorious and ancient paintings that your ancestors created when they searched hard for the {KingdomofHeaven} and found it!
