Perhaps you should make yourself aware of the onerous taxation on US companies that have foreign sales.

You do know that US companies are competing against foreign companies that have significantly lower taxes on corporate income and capital gains, don't you?

And that for a US company, foreign earnings are taxed at the same rate, while foreign countries do not do the same thing?

So, you're saying, basically, Ms Clueless Leftist Kos-Bot, that you have not a whit of knowledge about how corporate taxes in the US drive companies to incorporate overseas in order to remain competitive (and thus in business)?

It has been my experience that the leftists today are completely economically illiterate, and have only ill-informed opinions and boorish insults to bring to the debate.

Let me see if I can defend him...The wars power act is open to interpretation and limiting the first black POTUS to the white man's interpretation is just one more attempt to keep the black man down. Exporting guns to other countries will keep them off of our streets. The courts are racist and beholden to the evil oil companies. Threatening insurance companies was necessary and is constitutional because they are ran by white men who want to keep blacks from having health care coverage. He did not tell a company where it could place its business. He just refused to give them contracts. That's just Chicago politics, baby. He said he would bankrupt coal when he was a candidate and he needs to keep some of his promises. If you cannot protect your friends, what's the point of being POTUS. Did I succeed in defending him like a lemming?

When they incorporate in a foreign country. However, they can still continue to do business in the U.S. as long as they file with the Secretary of State in each state they conduct business in and continue to pay taxes on all profits earned in the U.S.

If all else fails start insulting. That's really intelligent. If you knew anything about business in America you would know that the vast majority are small businesses, not corporations. Do some research before trying to rile up your uneducated counterparts.
