All these events have one thing in common. They changed the way we live. Pearl Harbor was balmed on Roosevelt. 911 is being blamed on Bush. Who puloled off Virginia Stae to change gun control laws even above the NRA.
In all but one assassination and mass murder the one accused died. That is the trademark of the Mafia.
The question is: are all these events and more connected to change the way American think and further curtail our fredoms?

Actually, the change in laws as a consequence of the Virginia Tech shootings can not be construed as either a plus or a minus in gun control laws. All the change does is change the processes for reporting information that is included as part of the already existing background checks required to purchase firearms. And it wasn't passed "above the NRA" (whatever that means), it was passed with the endorsement of the NRA.

And I'm not sure what the Mafia has to do with any of the three events you mention. Fill us in, would you?

Do you want us to answer your question or is this a one man show with you as the star? you would think that it is 9/11, but it is not. Look at the bigger picture, the humanity issue. I'm not even taking it from the Japanese attacking Pearl Harbor point of view, but the Americans. The Americans brought us into the atomic age. Since that day the destruction of Earth is a true possibility. If America is destroyed by terrorist a great many nations would survive. However, if there is another world war the destruction by atomic energy will be great. How many countries have atomic weapon now?

You missed about a 1000 other events that could be used in your example. How about the WTC in the 90's, OKC Bombing, and etc. Violence is the world we live in. Bad things will continue to happen if we play "World Police" for all of the countries in the world. While they don't do anything for us except for business partnerships.

I don't think you have your facts straight, so yes you may have changed in the way you think.
The acts you mentioned are just plain vicious and violent, and they caused many people to do things, but most of us are still going about our regular lives not having to change how we think. My freedoms haven't changed.

The only pattern I really see is violence - it's about time everyone realized that greed brings violence, and the war and gun lobby are the winners.
