Perhaps you would like to be more specific for example what are the different personalities of human beings, what makes a human behaves the way s/he behaves, is a dead body still a human, what major problems change the character of a human, why do humans commit evil acts, questions like these.

Why not take the example of your own question to start with? Then what puts a man on the path of becoming true human, in terms of a better person, is his ability to think, think about himself progressively, in comparison with the people around him.
