Why bother? Stuff like that happens every minute of every day. Unless you get banned for life - which you obviously aren't - then I don't think it's necessary. A nice thought, but not necessary.

Just a make a note of it in the blog. Make sure you dont repeat it again. That itself gives an opportunity of being good and clean at yahoo answers. This much of confession is enough.
