I have been with my wife for 13 years, she was my sweet sixteen. I like her very much but feel confused at a recent discovery. We have had several intimate moments over the course of our marriage (every night if i do the dishes) but i spoted in the last few weeks that everytime we get jiggy our dog Herbie is in the room with us. When i confronted my wife she admitted to not feeling comfortable in bed without having the dog in the room. She also told me she couldn't have an "orgasm" (whatever that means, god somettimes i think understanding women is a different language all together) unless the dog was watching. I love my wife very much and don't want to ruin our relationship by telling her how i feel. What should i do?

Explain to her that this is NOT what the term "doggy style" means, kick the dog out, close the door then demonstrate to her what it does mean!

We CAN"T do it with the dog in the room. I have the funniest story. My husband and I were having sex once and the dog was in the room (before that we would always make him leave). While we were "you know" he started acting crazy. He was wining and running around the room like a crazed animal. Then, all of a sudden he jumped up on the bed and was wining even louder and barking. Needless to say, it ruined the moment for us. I think our dog got jealous! lol We went and bought him a girlfriend the next day.

I guess if she likes it and it doesn't bother you, then leave well enough alone. If it really bother you, you need to tell her. Maybe sometimes Herbie can be present and the rest of the time he can be chewing on a bone on the other side of the door.

Here's an idea ... Get Herbie a female friend and maybe, just maybe! Your wife might pay you more attention! On another topic ... There are lots of books about enjoying a healthy sex life meaning for your wife to reach an orgasm because you make her feel good enough without having to look at her dog, also because you can learn what this is about!!! !!! Golly i thought i had problems until i read your question!

Good luck!

First of all, I am really sorry that you are in this situation. I think her attitude is quite worrying and you should ask her to visit a sex therapist or just call RELATE.
You also shouldn't feel bad about telling her how you feel, you have been together for 13 years, you should be able to tell her everything by now.
I hope you can solve this problem. Having the dog in the room is not that bad, as long as he is quiet and sleeps, but not being able to orgasm unless he is watching is a totally different thing altogether.

hey there! Hummm, this sounds like you do have a small problem there, I would think she would feel safe with just you in the room making love to her! Its also strange that you make love only if you do the dishes! As far and an orgasm thats when your wife gets off just like you do! Now about the dog! I would sit her down and talk to her about that and find out whats going on and why she feels the need to have the dog in the room, if you truly LOVE her you need to talk to her about this!!!

I doubt that this is a weird thing she has going on, its more likely that she cant relax when she doesnt know where or what the dog is doing and if he/she will start fretting not being in the room with you.To enjoy sex you need to be relaxed so buy having the dog in the room she can relax. But talk to her tell her you feel uncomfortable with the dog in the room and see if you can come up with a compromise.

If you don't know what that word means, then you have not been doing something right. The dog as got to go, I mean if he is just running thru the house while it is taking place that is one thing, but the whole idea that he has to be there, that is a problem. You may need counseling. Both of you.

Sounds like your wife is getting into bestiality. One sick thing for sure and for certain.
Kick the dog out and tell her that you are not comfortable with the dog there while you are intimate...he can come back in later.

jeese...

Make sure your noseis cold and wet, drool a bit. Then she might be able to concentrate totally on you. Dogs don't live that long really so what happens when there is no dog anymore?
If this is for real talk to her......tell her you are uncomfortable.

Y'all are just freakin' strange! She needs a dog present...and you have only had "several intimate moments over the course of your marriage"? You "like" you wife...not love? Buddy, the dog is the LEASTof your problems. You both need a shrink!
