Good question and I am going to give you four possible trades that I believe will happen:
1- Adam Dunn from the Reds to the Dodgers:
The Dodgers need some pop in their lineup and Dunn would be a good addition. Dunn's current contract states that if he is traded he can become a free agent next year. I believe the Dodgers would have the ability to sign him to a long term contract.
2- Dimitri Young form the Natiomals to the Twins:
The Nationals are sellers again this years and the Twins are looking for a power hitting switch hitter.
3- Mark Buehrle to the Yankees:
Yankees need pitching and Buehrle would be willing to go. However, this will only happen if the White Sox are out of contention.
4- Mark Teixeira to the Atlanta Braves:
I know Texas is also talking to Detroit but I don't see him going to another American League team. The Braves are on the rise again and it would be a good fit for Teixeira.

Adam Dunn's going somewhere. Texas is seeing that they'll never resign Teixeira, so he'll probably leave too, but that doesn't have to happen this year.

I wouldn't be surprised if Ichiro and Carlos Zambrano were shipped, as both will become big free agents this off-season and have spurned their respective ownership's long-term deals.

The Sox are trying to get rid of Buehrle despite the no-no this season, and are also interested in getting Aaron Rowand back on their team.

If Lidge keeps blowing saves in Houston, he'll get a change of scenery; Houston wants at least a young catcher for him.

And as usual a bunch of relievers will go to teams needing bullpen help. Al Reyes from TB, and Gagne and Otsuka from Texas are the bigger names out there potentially available.

1) The Yankees have nothing to give up in a trade! Their farm system is depleted from past trades. So they will only be able to trade to small market teams for cash. They will not get a big name player this way.

Here is where I believe one of my White Sox players are going:

1) Mark Buehrle - He will be a St. Louis Cardinals. They will make this move to get their home town guy. They have some players the Sox do want.

I want to give up Milledge, Heilman, and maybe a little extra to get Zambrano from the cubbies. I also wish Florida would give up D-Train even though I don't think they would trade him to someone in their own division.
