Definitley, people change throughout life with age and new experiences and can live to regret something they've done, but if they've changed as a person I believe they should have a second chance to start again and function as a decent member of society. There are some things people do that I personally would find hard to forgive (murder etc) but I think that if someone has served the punishment given to them and have accepted that they did wrong and regret it they should get another chance....if they don't accept or regret what they did wrong however it would be a different matter. In relationships etc I think everyone deserves a second chance, e.g if someone cheated on you, but only one.....there's an old saying that goes something like ''hurt me once, shame on you, hurt me twice shame on me''

No, even if it's simply that they jaywalk, they should be outcasts FOREVER... Banned from society and forbid to return for the remainder of their existence. (If you didn't already, read the above w/ a sarcastic voice).
Of course they should be given a seconds chance. Unless it's murder or stealing, every human is HUMAN... We're bound to make mistakes and should be given a second chance.

Yes, because people can change a lot. You wouldn't believe it unless you've done it, and it's caused by extreme circumstances, the likes of which none of our current leaders have experienced, so they believe the answer is no.

Yes I do. Not one of us hasnt needed this in both small and serious issues. Giving second chances doesnt mean you dont challenge and/or punish peoples behaviour, or call it alright, but we all need Grace.

I think they deserve many chances. If you can't forgive people must be perfectionist. It's very unlikely they have lived their life and have never wronged anybody. Forgive and you shall be forgiven. Who do you know that is perfect?

Yes and so does China.
If you break the law there, you get a second chance. God help you if you do it again though.

it depends on their attitude. Are they repentful and really changed? Or are they just manupulating everybody and playing the victim?
