Jon Daniels...

I'm not sure if it's him or the fact that he is only 29 years old, or worse that he is part of the worst organization not only in baseball, but perhaps in all of sports!!!

I'm a lifelong Rangers fan...hard to admit in public...but this organization sucks and I see no end in sight!!! I often refer that the Rangers are the Cubs of the AL, but then again, it would be great to be considered as great as the Cubs!!!

As a Jays fan, I'll go with J.P. Ricciardi.

His big signing in the offseason was Frank Thomas, who's struggling along with a .226 average and only 8 homers while being paid $10m per year.

And while losing out on Meche and Lilly, J.P. compensated by signing Tom Ohka, Victor Zambrano and John Thomson. Ohka was so bad that he got replaced in the rotation by Josh Towers (who had an 8.42 ERA in 2006), Zambrano had a 10.97 ERA before his injury, and Thomson has been sidelined all season. Nice job with the staff, J.P.

Finally, Ricciardi has accomplished all this while emptying our farm system of any talent, and his drafts have to this point been poor. He should have been shown the door last year, and I can only hope that it happens before he runs the franchise right into the ground.

Kenny Williams. He has effectively taken the World Series champions of 2005 to the laughing stock of the American League.

Cashman.

It was stated many times over the winter that the yankees did not enough SP and then he traded away RJ. Then the season started and they have had to run out everyone. It's one thing for injuries to hit, it is another to short yourself pitching and then watch your staff implode.

Brian Cashman. The almighty Yankees are underachieving big time and Mr. Cashman has all the money he needs at his disposal. The Yankees play has been unacceptable.
