I have a hotmail account I want to know if i dont open my mail account for 30 days then what will happen to my mail id? I mean It will be closed penmanentaly? Please tell me in detail please help???????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It will be suspended, you can retreive it for a period of time but I'm not sure how long.

You e-mail will be deleted, however, your account will still be inactive, but you still can use it. When I was in Saudi, I was away for 100 days. I could access my Hotmail over there, and it went idle for that time. When I got back, I logged in, and was able to, but all my e-mails were gone.

You might be able to contact the Hotmail staff and see if they will extend your time. Especially if you are not able to access your account, due to being out of the country.

If you don't open the mails for the thirty days the mail box will get suspended and you not get any mails in the in box but you mail box will be continue for 90 days after this it will get deleted automatically.

Hey there! It will close! you will lose everything you have in your hotmail account then you will have ot reopen it! Tehy have changed it! Myself, there were times when i have not checked it in days, weeks or months, but that was a while ago, so you may want to check it everyso often!!

no it used to be like that if you windows live hotmail its 60 days

No, they only de-activate your account. If you don't wait too long, you can just re-activate it.

Your User Name and Password shouldn't expire, because Windows / MSN Messenger needs it.

suspended. after 30. cleared after 60. cant get it back after 90. at least thats what happened to me.

I guess the validity period is minimum 3 months so need not worry
