There is a simple explanation you have a mild epilepsy condition from either watching too much television or being on the computer too much
It is a bad sign because it means your vision is getting worse

Thats what it says on video games and computer instructions .It explains what happens when your eye twitches
If it comes with a headache then I am definitely right

Some common superstitions similar to this:

- If your eye twitches, bad news follows

- If there is two, there is always a third. (Numerology)

- If your nose itches, you will soon get into a fight

- If you hear an animal howel, someone close is about to pass away.

- If someone sneezes, someone has just spoken the truth.

That happens all the time, it's a muscle spasm and it means you're lacking potassium.
Eat 1 banana and it will go away.
if you're still twitching, then eat another or be superstitious then. :)

I would say it is a sign of too much caffeine or perhaps a nervous condition. If it keeps up, you may want to see a doctor about it.

This happens to me, and after went to the "doctor" he said that this is due to stress.

He suggested a vacation by myself. I followed his orders and now I am fine.
