Is there any of the Sailor Moon Stars in english? Is there movie that at least explans or show's how Princess Serenity became Neo- queen Serenity I know in the books they say after she sealed way choas thats when she became queen. The other's say the earth was frozen and in the 30 century Serena was a waken and became queen which one is true?

No. Sailor Stars was never dubbed into English and unlikely ever going to. The Black Moon story arc (Sailor Moon R) is the one that explains when and show how Princess Serenity became Neo-Queen Serenity.
During the second major story arc, it is revealed that Usagi, as Serenity, will eventually become the queen of a new Silver Millennium called Crystal Tokyo, which will exist during the 30th century. She is first seen in this future form in Act 16 of the manga and Episode 68 of the anime. Usagi learns that she will be given the title "Sovereign of Earth," and Mamoru will become King Endymion alongside her. It is stated in the manga that she becomes Neo-Queen Serenity after warding off a second Ice Age, though the specifics of this are never discussed.

Try amazon.com, there are a lot of Sailor Moon DVDs in English. I'm not sure about the Sailor Moon Stars. The last I remember before fading out of the Sailor Moon fandom, I saw Sailor Moon Supers in English. I prefer the manga though. The original story! I forget about how she became Neo-Queen Serenity. I'm so stuck on the manga, I can't call Serena, Serena... it's Usagi!

Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon is a future reincarnation of Sailor Moon, who came from the far future, much further into than Chibi Usa' times. Basically in the far future, everything was very depressing for Sailor Moon, so she returned to her past and become Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon. But I don't know about Sailor Mini Moon. Unless, you're talking about Sailor Chibi Moon, and yes, she's the daughter of the reincarnation of Sailor Moon. She's into Mamoru because she had a father complex, because of this she is always fighting with her mother in the past.
