Spelling correctly doesn't necessarily indicate intelligence, but if you continually misspell words and don't know (or refuse to use) the common conventions of punctuation and grammar, any potential employers or prospective colleges won't see you as very wise.

Wise people take social cues from others, observing situations very carefully before they act. They also know that they really don't know everything and are willing to learn from their mistakes. Wisdom ordinarily comes with time.

Also, didn't Jesus talk about praying in a closet, so as not to flaunt your godliness?

True wisdom exists in knowing how little you really know.

The first step toward folly from this path is to think that you are wise. Arrogance and wisdom are not ever linked together.

Since we are a finite people, then everything we do is fallable. Which includes our wisdom and understanding.
Once you accept this whole heartedly, I think you are admidst the wisest that have ever lived.

You're on the right road. The Psalmist wrote that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.

The question is, why should you care if men see your wisdom? Rather, serve God.

The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?

You know that all good trees produce good fruit. Be careful about the whole world seeing your wisdom. Don't forget Galations 1:10 "Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ. "
Carefully check your motives, are you wanting win the approval of man or of God?

Ditto to the last answer, also, aren't the godly supposed to be humble, rather than seek fame?
