I had a dream that seemed so real! I can only remember one part of it. I was in a dark room, my room, and I went to go lay down...well, I started to feel this warmth that was starting to get hot and I heard a light hissing noise. I started to scream and I think I woke up...I think there was a figure in the window...and when I looked back at the window, it wasnt there...I kind of think I was astral projecting for my first time...but I dont know. Everything was the same when I looked around...I would greatly appreceate your opinion.

Darling that sounds more like an early menopause than astral projection. The biggest give away is if you can look round a see yourself still lying there.
Trust me i've had experience of both now.

I belive you are right, you just woke up alittle too soon though.Syliva Brown says to ask God to let you remember before you go to sleep. This way you can have the fun and remember the experience.

No! Try dreaming walking through the woods and millions of red peering eyes are watching and following you. Place a bible next to your bed and read a passage out of the bible before you go to bed at night.

I thought for years I had been abducted by aliens. Turned out to by hypnoguagic experiences (sleep seizures).
