the easiest way would be to use a DOS batch file..
basically a text file... saved out with the extension "bat"
defrag -f c:
defrag -f d:
defrag -f e:
defrag -f f:
save as defrag-all.bat and shedule it to run once a week or something..
same with chkdsk
or you can do >
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_defrag.htm
but i wouldn't advise doing it all the time as its not good for the drives life span defragging so much.
here another one i found
http://searchwincomputing.techtarget.com/tip/0,289483,sid68_gci1216856,00.html
i still find it funny when i go out to the cmdline and people think i'm working magic..lol
before windows there was dos ;-)

You can't AND Don't need to.
Use Defrag to analyze each partition and follow it's recommendations.
XP and up, only needs this done about two or three times a year, under normal use.
