Why would you ask if you're ugly and then say you're VERY attractive? It's good you have self confidence though. That's important. But being pretty or attractive isn't about the clothes your wear or how much they cost or tanning and getting your nails/hair done. What kind of problems do you have? And relationship problems dont come from what you look like. Maybe its your personality or the type of girlfriend you are when in a relationship? Its hard to tell, not enough info. Sorry!

Some men don't want to date a materialistic plastic ***** as you just described yourself as. Take a look around you, designer names in the hottest outfits are not going to really get you a "perfect" boyfriend.
PARIS HILTON is not someone to idolize over. Stop spending so much time on yourself and relax, be natural and don't expect a guy to say "wow that is an awesome PRADA black Italian leather clutch, it matches with your Jimmy Choo's and your Chanel dress" Some guys really DONT CARE and those are the ones that are THE BEST BOYFRIENDS ever!

Relationships require more than just you looking good. Don't focus on yourself so much. Your external looks are only one part of you. It sounds like you know you have "issues". But at least knowing is good, because you know where you need work, and can focus on the other not so "pretty" part of you.
Have you ever done volunteer work...helping others is a great way to really remove the focus on yourself. Find some way of reaching out...to help someone else.
Some suggestions:
Would you be willing to help an elderly family member or neighbor by running an errand for them?
Volunteer to be a reader for the blind/print handicapped?
Work with a habitat for humanity group in your city?
Offer to tutor someone in a subject that's easy for you.
Good luck.

your image you are presenting ,,might be "im better than you" having the best tan nail hair hottest outfits designer names...does not make the person...it is fluff ...try just being your self....tone down on the high maintance stuff...its ok to look good...but it you relax on the outter stuff you may find that relationships will be more successfull...be real not plastic//

You Know. This is true, There are women who dont have much in this world. who dress with cheap clothing, and are very simple things. but what they do have is Love. Now a women who indulges herself with expensive jewlery, good clothing, she has everything and can get anything. Material!! and she is satisfied to have all those riches.. But one thing she cant ever be satisfied with is love. Love and having relationships in this world isnt about just having a boyfriend. Or girl. Its what comes from deep inside. You can see all these famous people who are inlove one year and divorce another. They are to stuck to the material things in life and really dont have a clue about what love is truly about. Think about it. what would you perfer. a nice expensive Bag from gucci or a nice guy, the love of a family but most important Love of god. With him you have love

Looks are great and everything, but if you don't have personality you're just going to be like every other petty, pretty person out there. You need to have something else going for you. (Other than physical appearance). I believe men use the term "high maintenance"?
Remember, I'm just pointing out what it COULD be. By the way you phrased your question. This is what it sounds like to me.

Having relationship problems has nothing to do with one's looks. Any relationship will have its problems, the question is, are you willing to take the challenge and face them? Relationships take work. Focusing on yourself and your external appearance does not help.

Who in a relationship Doesn't have problems???! Your biggest problem is your sittin' there thinking your so fine and beautiful. Like everyone said, You ain't all that!! If your inside isn't beautiful ... your outside no matter how fine you make it starts to stink and rot real fast!

Nobody is ever gonna fall in love with your tan.
On the other hand, some guys might want some meaningless because of your body.
Harsh fact, but definitely something to think about, hard.
