It entirely depends on who's oogling and the way their doing so. The oogler projects an attitude. Is it admiring and respectful or rude and demeaning? It's nice to be appreciated -- sometimes even if the appreciation only involves physical appearance, but much nicer to be appreciated for being a great human being.

Erm...actually, I do enjoy being ogled at, since I often being left behind or don't get enough attention. ^_^
But the thing is, everytime girls ogle me, I pretend that I don't care...I'm too shy! (I'm gay, by the way)

If it is staring for a long time then yes it is rude,people who do that should hit their heads because their eyes are stuck...

unfortunately I havent experienced that problem except in a locker room and that totally freaked me out.

if its a female doing the oggling, then i love it. if its a guy, i find it very disrespectful and he is going to get hurt. very badly.
