no.
did you not see "Super Size Me"on TV,it took that guy 15 months to shift the weight he put on when he did the McDonald's experiment,he had to follow a strict diet to loose all that weight.
his liver was like pate after just 20days,
he had mood swings,
loss of energy,depression,
headaches,etc.
he only did the experiment for 30days,eating only McDonald's three-four times a day, look what it did to him,he put on 10lbs in 5days.
think about it do you really want to eat at McDonald's everyday?

The chances are slim, but you sure as heck wouldn't be! There's nothing wrong with eating fast food in moderation, but to eat it every day, for every meal, is just wasting your body away.

Are you eating ONLY salad everyday with a bottle of water? I would think you should be ok. But if you are eating the crap that they call hamburgers - we will write your question on your grave.

It depends on what you eat. Some people lose weight or don't gain any weight and have few side effects other than lower iron or potassium.

Yes, if you eat healthy...

McDonalds isn't all junk food..

You can have a nice grilled chicken wrap..
A walnut and apple salad..
A fruit&yogurt cup....

And decaffinated coffee..

You can eat healthy there!..
